Pant murder test: DNA reports of four different suspects don't Match

A candlelight vigil organised to demand justice for Nirmala Pant, at Maitighar Mandala, on Thursday, September 13, 2018.
Kathmandu, November 16

Police have neglected to advance with the examination concerning the assault and murder of 13-year-old Nirmala Pant in Kanchanpur locale four months prior as DNA trial of four different suspects did not give them any piece of information about the criminal.

The speculates' DNA reports did not coordinate with the DNA report of the unfortunate casualty's vaginal swab, as indicated by DSP Krishna Raj Ojha.

Prior, the District Police Office had sent DNA tests of four local people to the Nepal Police Central Forensic Lab for examinations. The names of local people have not been uncovered.

Before these, police had inspected DNA tests of nearby Dilip Singh Bista, expelled SP Dilli Raj Bista, his child Kiran, and two other suspects– Aayush Bista and Chandra Badu. In any case, none of them coordinated with the vaginal swab.

Guardians of the unfortunate casualty have as of late propelled an inconclusive exhibition requesting the activity against the guilty party.
