Paragliding included for first time in National Games

Complete 55 competitors will contend in the paragliding rivalry under the Eighth National Games booked to be held at better places of Province 5 from April 18.

Paragliding has been incorporated into the National Games without precedent for its history.

Be that as it may, the paragliding rivalry won't be held in Province 5. It will be held in Pokhara of Gandaki area from April 19 as there are no physical frameworks in Province 5 for the occasion, as per the National Sports Council.

General Secretary at the Nepal Paragliding and Hang Gliding Association, Shailendra Raut, says that Nepal Army and 46 men and nine ladies would go after six gold awards.

A group of 14 competitors including 10 men and four ladies from Tribhuvan Army Club are likewise contending.
