District Court Has Chosen to send to judicial custody, on the charges of attempt to rape.

The Kathmandu District Court on Monday has chosen to send the previous House of Representatives speaker and administering Nepal Communist Party pioneer, Krishna Bahadur Mahara to legal guardianship, on the charges of endeavor to assault.



A solitary seat of equity Sudarsan Raj Pandey settled on the choice today to send the previous speaker Mahara to legal guardianship.

During a preliminary hearing, today, four government lawyers have requested a seven-and-a-half-year prison term for Mahara, who has been blamed for endeavoring to assault a Federal Parliament representative.

Prior, a staff member at the Parliament Secretariat had documented a first data report on October 4, blaming Mahara for endeavoring to assault her on September 29 at her leased loft in Tinkune, Kathmandu.
