Dr Govinda KC has begun his 17th hunger strike in Dadeldhura district

Senior orthopedic specialist Dr Govinda KC has started his seventeenth appetite strike in Dadeldhura area from today.

Dr KC had affirmed that he would start his appetite strike in the area today. Shrestha expressed that Dr KC's blood and pee tests have been done at Dadeldhura Hospital.



Dr KC, in any case, won't complete the strike inside the emergency clinic premises, detailed Shrestha, including that he would remain in a private home having a place with a neighborhood, somewhere in the range of 500 meters from the entryway of the medical clinic.

The senior specialist had cautioned to arrange a new yearning strike if his seven-point requests were not met by the legislature, in the wake of landing in Charikot of Dolakha area, on October 15. Sorting out a press meet there, Dr KC, who has just arranged 16 yearning strikes before this, gave a final offer to the legislature to address his requests by October 25.

He had cautioned that if his requests were not tended to before the stipulated time, he would arrange his next appetite strike from October 30 until his requests were met by PM Oli-drove government.

"I don't have any prompt intends to come back to Kathmandu. So I can stage quick unto-passing in any area," Dr KC, who has been requesting changes in the restorative division since a long time ago, had said.
