Administrators blame CJ Mishra for lack of respect; partners report 'seat shopping'

A few legislators have blamed Chief Justice Om Prakash Mishra for disregarding the administrative body as he kept on appointing huge cases to Justice Deepak Raj Joshee, whom the Parliamentary Hearing Special Committee had rejected for the situation of Chief Justice scrutinizing his capability.

Prior, it was accounted for that Joshee had consented to stop in his discussion with Law Minister Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal, yet he didn't and Mishra doled out cases to him, affronting the decision of the administrative body, the administrators guarantee.
